Birstall Mast Outage

An outage of around 10-14 minutes occurred from our Birstall mast. We have collected the logs and forwarded them to our radio supplier for analysis. Due to the implementation of our text remote reboot system we were able to bring the service back online without deploying engineers.

After numerous updates we still have customers contacting engineers direct. This reduces the resolves times and could put engineers safety at risk, we reserve the right to charge a £35 for direct support calls to engineers, please use the array of tools we have provided for prompt responses.

We will also be looking into a text message response systems to support you further with updates.
