Network Outage 09/07/18

Dear Airefibre Customers,

At around 1pm there was a network outage that had affected all customers, this is was due to a power outage at St George's tower that was out of  our control. The network is back up and running and we apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Birstall Mast- Power Outage

During unplanned maintenance on our power source, power was switched off to regrade the main power equipment. 

We apologise for the outage, all services have resumed. If you are experiencing any problems please power your radio and router down. Please note the link below

Wide Network Radio Upgrade

Please note all customer and network radios will be upgraded at 4am on the 28th Of May 2018. in the event your Internet doesn't return, please reboot your router and radio. Please note the link below for rebooting your radio.

Service Outages & Network Upgrades

A number of service outages due to emergency upgrades was conducted today. All services have been restored. If you are not receiving service, reboot your router or radio.

Outage - Syston, Birstal, Hayhill & Ridge Farm

An outage occurred today between 12:00-14:00 due to a high power issue to one of the main back haul radios. 

Service has resumed

Syston Gigabit Upgrade 16/05/18

Just wanted to apologise for any inconvience caused as some people may have been experiencing some small network outages, This is due to an upgrade to a Gigabit link at Syston. Everyone should be back to normal now that has been completed.
