Today there will be an outage between 30min to 1hour if not sooner whilst essential maintenance work is being carried out by the engineers. This is to stablise the network further so we appreciate you patience whilst this is being carried out.

Storm Hannah - Small Outage Preparation

At 10:40 today all of our main Gigabit links between our mast have been reduced to 500Mbps links to support wind and rain degradation as a result of storm Hannah, this will help in resilience and stability during any heavy rain down pours. We will continue to monitor during the weekend.

Radio Reboot Issues

We have a number of our 60Ghz customers experiencing brief outages lasting no more than 1-2 minutes a couple of times per day. This is a known issue with the manufacturer of our radios and we have been advised that a new firmware to resolve the issue will be in place by the end of the month. We will update you via the website on further progress in this matter.

Problem's loading web pages 17/04/19

Dear Customers 

Many of you have experienced issues with the loading of web pages, this issues has been caused by google's 8.8.8.8 DNS. We are currently going through our devices to change from using Google's DNS server due to the outage that has occurred today and affect majority of people. We are aiming for this issue to be resolved before the end of the day. We appreciate your patience whilst this work is being carried out.

Ridge Farm Outage - Resolved - 12/04/2019

Dear Customers

The network outage has now been resolved by our engineers onsite at 16:48pm. The outage occured at the Birstall mast where the power to our Cisco switch caused the Gigabit link to Ridgefarm to go offline affecting all customers. We apologise for any inconvenience this has caused you this afternoon.
